Beef bone broth is made from farm-raised cattle.  You have to cook their bones for 17-18 hours straight and drink the broth later. If you have a busy routine and don’t have time to cook bone broth yourself then you can get yourself powdered beef bone broth. The difference between these two is just the time it takes to make and its form. Powdered ones are available in the market and they save you a lot of time and money. Beef bone broth is also rich in collagen that helps with the stability of your bone structure. Collagen also plays an important role to make your bones strong and flexible. Both these factors lead to the natural growth of your muscles.
